Frank McCoy is the Founder and Senior Partner of MC&A Consulting, originally established in 2015 as McCoy & Associates. With more than 30 years of international experience, he has built his career at the intersection of executive management, operational leadership, project delivery and business development.
His work spans the energy, construction and industrial services sectors, where he has held senior roles across major regional and international organisations — leading business growth, operational restructuring, contract execution and market development in complex environments.
At MC&A Consulting, Frank brings this depth of experience to help clients address strategic, operational and commercial priorities with a practical, industry-grounded perspective.
